Project Summary
I joined the project in the later stages of development and helped deliver features needed for launch. After release, I continued supporting the game through Live Operations, building systems and tools that allowed the team to manage content, balance, and player engagement more efficiently.

Role: Graduate Programmer
Platforms: Apple and Google Play
Tools Used: Unity, Firebase, Playfab
I joined the project during the later stages of development, helping implement several features needed for launch. After release, a number of team members moved on to other projects, while I stayed on to support the game through its Live Operations.
My work involved maintaining and updating the season pass, releasing new blades, and making adjustments to the game’s economy. To make Live Ops easier to manage, we built a generalized configuration system that allowed us to make content and balance changes without needing to ship a full client update.
I also helped set up backend systems using PlayFab, including leaderboards, player data, and inventory management. Alongside this, I implemented analytics pipelines and ran A/B tests using the configuration system to help the team make data-informed decisions and improve player engagement.
