I joined the project in the later stages of development, contributing to the implementation of key features required for launch. After release, several team members transitioned to other projects, while I continued supporting the game through Live Operations.
My responsibilities included maintaining and updating the season pass, releasing new blades, and making adjustments to the in-game economy. To support ongoing updates, we developed a generalized configuration system that enabled flexible content changes without requiring full client updates.
I also helped establish backend systems using PlayFab, including leaderboards, player data management, and inventory systems. Additionally, I implemented analytics pipelines and conducted A/B testing using the configuration framework to help inform Live Ops decisions and optimize player engagement.
